Washing Collars and Bow Tie

Our products are made from 100% cotton fabric, unless stated in the description otherwise.

Collars, Leads and Bandanas are machine washable 

Bow Ties aren't suitable for machine washing, however they are easily removed from the collar and can be hand washed with mild soapy water

Shipping

It is worth noting that due to our products being handcrafted by our independent supplier we have chosen to ship directly from them as our business continues to grow.

This obviously leads to longer shipping times however to help with this we offer free shipping on all our products!

It is worth noting, our average delivery times are from shipment to the customers door.

• USA is 10 days
• Australia and New Zealand is 10 days

The great news is because of this, we are able to offer worldwide shipping too!

Where are we?

We are a family business. We have offices (all part of the family) in Brisbane (Australia), Cheddar (UK), and Jefferson (USA). We do have many products that are sourced locally, but many are from Asia and China.
